Pink Mechoui at Pablo's

Getting the lambs ready for the spit... not so appetizing.
The beginning of the 5-hour cook.Enzo and Elvi, pretty in pink.
Elvi, Thibaut, Pablo.
Enzo finally (to Ed's relief) returns with the butter, all spruced up and of course... pink.
Ed begins his buttering. (He actually enjoys taking care of meat).
This went on for a long time...
Well into the night...
Nothing like watching Ed with a headlamp, a pink top and short shorts, even if he is buttering lambs.
