Luxour: Memnon Statues and Temple of Hatchepsout

First full day in Luxour: giant statues of Memnon (after an earthquake in 27BC, a fissure in one statue made it "sing", and the Greeks and Romans travelled to hear the "Voice of Memnon" for centures until repairs were later made by the Romans!), Valley of the Kings (where all the major decorated and impressive tombs are dug into the rock), and Temple of Hatchepsout (all day by bike! which was exhilarating until we reached Hathepsout at 1pm in 40°C desert heat...)
