Wine-making in Seguret

Step 1. Pablo arrives, albeit late, but smiling with sun and wind in hair, ready to put us all to work.
Step 2. Pick grapes all day under the sun but in good company... 6.5 tons of grapes in the weekend, 700 kilos per person...
Step 3. Play on tractor.
Step 4. Off to the distillery.
Step 5. Dump the grapes into this grinder. Or at least : watch the locals do that.
Step 6. "Vacuum" the grapes into the distilling vat
Step 7. Recover

Yeah, me too! One weekend was ok, but I simply can't imagine doing a whole season.
