Wonderful weekend in Cassis, near Marseille

Here is the "Calanque" En Vau, followed by the "cannon hole" seen glimmering from afar, and reached by surprise. On the other side of Cassis are the highest seaside cliffs in Europe, of which one is called "Cap Canaille", presided by a strikingly similar "man on the mountain"...

The same cliffs, like the port of Cassis, can be viewed by night from the lighthouse that guards the port. Lovely, non?? All photos once again courtesy of Edouard, my personal photographer! :-)
