Here are those wild Grenoble boys in Palavas (near Montpellier). (I went to sleep at 3 am, and woke up to techno at 5 am -- got up and danced with the group until 8 am...)
Vianney indicates the New Year's dinner seating arrangement... serious stuff.
Look at this dinner !!! And this is just the opening dish: scallops, purée, sautéed leaks, foie gras...
We are only sous-chefs, but damn good ones.
